Website guide
1. Sign up and log in
- Choose Sign Up and select where you are learning: School, College or University, Entrance Exams, Government Job Exams, Professional Courses or Skill Development.
- Fill in the short details asked, such as your board or university, then verify with the code sent to you.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian has to give consent. The form explains how.
- Next time, choose Log In. If you forget your password, use Forgot password on the login page.
Your dashboard is built for your learner type, so a school student and a government job aspirant see different tools. You can edit your profile later from My Profile.
2. Build a course from your own material
- Open My Courses and choose New course.
- Upload your notes, photos or PDF files. You upload once and the AI sorts them into chapters and topics.
- Or choose Generate full course with AI, and give a title, board, class and subject.
- Review the chapters and topics shown, then apply them. The AI then writes revision notes for each chapter.
Upload only material you own or are allowed to use. You confirm this with a declaration when you upload. Protected PDFs that block copying are not accepted.
3. Join a live AI class
- Open a topic and choose Start class.
- Choose your AI teacher from the 18 teachers, each with a face and voice of their own, and choose the language and speaking speed.
- The teacher teaches on the board, one part after another. Use the Pictures and Smart Board buttons to see diagrams, sketches and graphics.
- To ask a question, press Mic and speak. The teacher answers and then carries on.
- You can pause and leave at any time. When you come back, the teacher says "Welcome back, we continue from part N". Choose Start from the beginning to restart.
Recorded lectures play inside your account, so you can revisit them and continue where you stopped. They cannot be downloaded.
4. Practice and AI Exam Centre
- Open AI Exam Centre to see exam patterns, syllabus and past question papers. You can also upload papers you have.
- Choose Conduct AI Exam, pick the difficulty, and take it online.
- Or download the paper, write on paper, and upload a photo of your answer sheet. The AI Assessor marks it.
- Your result shows what went wrong and what to revise, not only a score.
5. Choose a plan and pay
- Open Plan and billing inside your dashboard.
- Compare the plans, choose one and pay securely through Razorpay.
- Your plan starts once the payment is confirmed. Invoices are listed under Invoices.
6. Language, profile and account
- Use the language selector on the page to read the site in your language.
- Edit your details in My Profile. You can change your password there too.
- You can delete your account yourself from your profile settings.

Fix a problem
The teacher cannot hear me
Allow the microphone for AI GurukulZ in your browser or phone settings, then reload the class. Use Chrome on Android and Chrome, Edge or Safari on a computer.
The class is slow or the video stutters
Move to a place with better signal, close other apps, and try again. Lessons are made to work on ordinary mobile internet.
The page or app shows a red message
Every error tells you what happened, what you can do, and what the limit is. Follow the steps shown. If it still fails, write to us with a screenshot.
The AI gave a wrong or unclear answer
AI teachers can make mistakes. Ask the question in different words, and check important facts against your textbook or teacher.
My payment went through but my plan has not started
Wait a few minutes and refresh. If it still shows no plan, write to us with the payment reference.
I did not get my OTP
